Are these for flat feet?: Knowing your feet have a lower arch is a good place to start, but finding a great fit will come down to several factors rather than arch type alone. Personal preference also goes a long way as some people like a low support insole while others like a high support insole, regardless of their arch height. Because of this, there is no "right" answer for which insole works best for a low arch. It all comes down to your own personal comfort. I have a wide foot but it’s not extremely wide/ what should I order. How do you know if you have wide feet: Hi Doug, Our wideGREEN insoles fit 3E to 6E in width, and our regular unisex insoles are designed to fit D width up to EE width. EE is considered wide by most footwear standards, while 4E or larger is considered extra wide.
