I’m on my feet all
"I’m on my feet all day and have had foot issues (PF) in the past, these insoles give my feet good support in all the right spots, but they aren’t as supportive as some of the other types they make. I’ve been using Superfeet for a long time, these insoles give less support than some others I’ve tried, but are really solid. It seems like a good general support, this being “All Purpose”. If you have more of a recent PF diagnosis, you may want to look for more support."

These are my favorite insoles
"I love my Superfeet! I've been using these insoles for 6 or so years, and I have a pair for every shoe! I put them in my runners, my bike shoes, my snowboard shoes, and it just makes them much more comfortable. They are durable, comfortable, and easy to cut to size if you need to. I also bought the memory foam ones and put them in my Fubuki winter boots, and they're extremely comfortable. I swap out all my stock insoles (except my Vans snowboard boots) for these bad boys."

- Would this insert help with forefoot supination?
- Hi Tanya, All Superfeet insoles have a biomechanical design that can help with supination by cradling the heel and helping to stabilize the foot within the shoe. This design also aids in proper alignment and even weight distribution.
- I wear any where between a women's size 8 and 9. Should I get C or D?
- When it comes to deciding whether to size up or down with our insoles, it is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup (without swimming in extra room, and without spilling over the edges), and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel, and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. If you are on the cusp of the next size, sizing up could move the arch into a more comfortable position. I recommend starting with size "D" (Women's 8.5-10) to see how that fits and feels for you. - Since these have adhesive to stick in shoe, are they not supposed to be used in more than one pair of shoes?
- Hi Heather, Superfeet insoles do not come with or require an adhesive. They can be worn in different pairs of shoes, just so long as the insole fits properly in each of those shoes you wear the Superfeet with. Trimming is highly recommended for our insoles and are designed that way to get the best fit and movement for your foot and the insole. - I have posterior tendinitis on my left foot very painful but it’s imperative I continue walking will these insoles help tenndonitis
