These all purpose low arch

"These all purpose low arch supports are perfect insoles for my new sneakers purchased to address plantar fasciitis. The insoles provide excellent support and stability while cradling my sore heel in comfort. They give me relief from heel and back pain. These are great insoles for people like me with very low arches."

Superfeet All-Purpose Support Low Arch- bad investment

"Horrible insoles. I went with what the insole finder recommended based on the scan which I did 3 times to be as accurate as possible. It recommended Superfeet All-Purpose Support Low Arch based on what I had said I needed ( increase comfort, reduce foot fatigue and address foot pain) I purchased two pairs and received them 7/9/26. Wanted to give them a real chance in two separate pairs of shoes . They are not comfortable at all, the didn’t help in any way that I thought they would. Very disappointed in this purchase"

Was skeptical but what a difference

"I went on a big hike and was feeling discomfort from being on my feet all day. Decided to give these a try after a friend recommended. Wish I had them sooner. I find my self wanting to wear my trail shoes just because of these insoles. The help ease my pain and have made my feet feel better. Would recommend to anyone."

Concrete Jungle Go To

"In my leather shoes and boots. Enough support to remove the discomfort walking around city streets. Takes up around 1cm of space, good for most of my dress shoes. Great for everyday use"

"I've heard there's better but for the price these are pretty good I hike a lot and I find these a lot more comfortable than the stock insoles in all of my shoes"

Perfect Support

"Insoles are flexible yet sturdy. I have multiple pairs across my shoes. I use these low arch supports for walking and hiking, mostly. They have a low profile, fitting into all types of footwear (casual, hikers, boots, and sneakers. These should suit any level of user. Do you have feet? These should work for you. Be sure to research on the Superfeet site to get the right support. Better yet, go to a local shoe store."

Q&A

What is the difference between colors I have flat feet arch supports hurt I am on my feet all day and am ina lot of pain.I where vans shoes because they are flat but they don't give me the support I need
Knowing your feet have a lower arch is a good place to start, but finding a great fit will come down to several factors rather than arch type alone. Personal preference also goes a long way as some people like a low support insole while others like a high support insole, regardless of their arch height. Because of this, there is no "right" answer for which insole works best for a low arch. It all comes down to your own personal comfort. The best Superfeet insole for you will also be based on your what type of shoes you wear, how your shoes fit, and your activities. For a personalized recommendation that takes your footwear and intended activities into consideration, feel free to reach back out using the link below and include that info. We would be happy to give you a recommendation tailored to you and your feet. superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
Currently using BLACK but is too tight in one of my casual sneakers. Need arch support due to flat feet. Is there anything thinner than BLACK that will provide the same support?
Hi Gquon, Our thinnest full-length insole is CARBON: https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/carbon We also offer 3/4 length insoles that do not require trimming. Check out EASYFIT at the links below: https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/easyfit-men https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/easyfit-women If you feel comfortable doing so, you could try going to a store that carries our product to test out a demo or two to see what insole feels the best for you and your footwear. The store locator tool is a great resource to see what’s close to you by typing in your zip code. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/store-locator/
I have plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended the Berry , Black or Copper inserts. I chose the Berry and they seem to be helping but I am noticing new soreness at area of my 5th metatarsal. I've been wearing them just over a week. Not sure if I need to give it more time or if I should try one of the others. What do you think?
Hi Heather, I am sorry to hear about that metatarsal pain. Your best point of contact for specific pain management questions would be your physician or podiatrist. What we at Superfeet can do is recommend insole options for you that are based on your foot shape, footwear, and daily activities. The good news is, all of our insoles feature the Superfeet shape, which is designed to help with alignment and weight distribution and can reduce stress on the plantar fascia to help alleviate some of the pain associated with plantar fasciitis. That being said, the best insole for you will depend on your footwear, how that footwear fits, and the activities you'll be doing with the insoles in your shoes. Our product does take some time to break in, so it's possible that the product you have may work for you if you are willing to give it another try at a slower pace. We recommend breaking in the insoles over the period of 1-2 weeks is helpful. For the first week you could wear your Superfeet for only 1-2 hours the first day, 2-3 hours the next, and so on until your feet are accustomed to proper support all day long. After this break-in period, ideally, your feet will feel good and you won't notice the insoles in your shoe. If you come across any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly at the link below. superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
I have blundstone ankle boots that need new insoles. Do you have a recommendation for the shape? I do some standing and walking in them, but not for work.
Hi Michelle, FLEXthin is a lightweight and adaptive insole that tends to pair well with snug fitting boots like Blundstones. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/flexthin I’m happy to say that Superfeet has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee that covers trimmed and worn insoles, so if you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days.
My podiatrist recommended the Black DMP insole. I only see Black and no option for the DMP? Do you carry this insert or am I missing it on the website?
Hi Cynthia, We have discontinued the BLACK DMP insoles so we will not be getting any more back in stock. A good alternative to BLACK DMP is COPPER, which offers the same arch support and volume. It is good to note that COPPER has a more textured top cover. COPPER features memory foam throughout the insole which helps shape to your foot for personalized comfort and is great when on your feet all day. This insole also has a reinforced stabilizer cap that supports the rearfoot and provides structure and stability to the foam layer.
